Keep enough varieties of chickens in stock to please the customers.

This is the worst Kentucky Fried chicken resturant that I have ever been to. The chicken is wet and slimy, and the chips are usually very under done. You have to que near the toilet door and it always stinks as there is no air con in the toilet and the bins and tables are always overflowing with rubbish whilst people are ordering their food and none of the staff seem concerned until you as a customer has to ask them to clear a table or empty the bin as its overflowing. You would never beleive that this particular store was opened just in the last couple or years I know KFC's that have been open since I was a child (now in my 30's)that look much better and cleaner than this store. Lastly can you beleive that you can not even by a chicken salad in this particular kentucy. Fried food only! This store gives KFC a bad name, KFC should send in mystery shoppers to report on the store and the service given there.

The staff are always friendly and efficient. Restaurant is limited in sized but appears to be one of the better managed KFC's in London.
