I completely agree. I had one session with them. A very unwelcoming lady asked me to register on their iPad which was constantly playing tricks and eventually I had to complete the questionnaire twice. The lady quickly showed how to use the spray tan cubicle and left. I stayed in a tiny room, with the cubicle taking most of the space. No mirror (for makeup after the session), one chair to put all my clothes on and the heat was unbearable. Especially after coming out of the tanning. There was no option to dry up so my clothes were all stained with the tanning product when I got back.

I had had 5 tanning booth sessions at Streatham Tanning, so I expected a similar, enjoyable experience at the Holborn Tanning Shop. It is conveniently near my office.

BUT the cubicle was TOO hot! I couldn't even hold the handle bars, they were so hot! I would estimate the booth temperature as about 40 deg Centigrade!

I'm sure my tan was imporved, but, honestly, this shop in Holborn is UNSAFE! I told them they need to do something about it. I hope they do.
