I had two new ear piercings and was very nervous, these guys made me feel welcome and calm. I week or so later my ear got infected (my fault) I had a hair wrapped around the ear ring and again these guys were fantastic! It was no trouble for them to see me, advise me and to help me clean it up, it healed within a day or two as they said it would so long as I did what they said. They made me feel not stupid like I felt I was. Thank you Happy Sailor!
