Do not use for airport journeys! They were booked for 5.30 pm, turned up at
6.43 pm. Call centre obviously trained to respond 'the driver is 10 mins away' to every query. If they had been honest, I might have found an alternative way of getting to the airport and I would not have missed my flight.
As for the follow up to my complaint, it is non-existent.

Half an hour late picking me up to take me to the airport - calling them when they were 5 mins late they said the driver would be there in 5 mins. 10 mins later I got the same story, and then I got another excuse.
On the return I called them 10 mins after they said they’d pick me up and they said their driver had been in traffic taking someone else to the airport but would be dropping off their passenger soon. Then ended up calling another couple of times due to no sign of the driver. Eventually the driver calls asking if I can go to one of the car parks, and I wait there for about 5 mins before he appeared. I asked him about the delay and he said he’d been waiting at a nearby fast food car park for about 40 mins and had just had the call to pick me up, and he hadn’t dropped anyone else earlier.
After getting through arrivals and getting to the cab it took 50 mins. So I was lied to either by the driver or the cab company and I believe the driver. I got excuse after excuse from the cab company on both legs of the journey.
I used to use Blackheath Car Services who were great but Data Cars have bought them and now if you use the BCS tel no you get to Data. Cars. So don’t be fooled you’re getting tbrought to BCS.
I wish I could give no stars - they’re awful and never again.
