Be nicer and polite to customers awful customer service from management. Girls on the phone are lovely but terrible terrible management would never use again always think they are correct make customers feel very uncomfortable

I have tried to pre order cars from this company 3 times! They are very unreliable! Every time I explained I was catching a train and it's important the car turn up! Each time the car never arrived! Use a different firm if it's an important trip
