Really poor customer service on a pick up from Gatwick- was more than 15 minutes late and when called to get an update we received abuse from the driver! We ended up taking an uber at 0130. I would think twice before using this company for airport pick ups.

The first time I have used this company. I usually use Uber, but no more. A great service with an on time driver who could not have been more helpful. Thank you.

I have found the staff very helpful, especially in picking up my medical prescriptions.

Following surgery and not being allowed to drive/ride on public transport, I have used RJ Cars several times a week over the past few weeks. My husband also uses them from time to time, plus we use them for any trips to the airport(s) which we might make. Without fail the drivers have been courteous, the cars in very good condition and I have arrived at my destination on time each time! Only negative is that messages via the booking process are not always followed through

rubbish service, said they can get you a car in 10 minutes, 1 hour later still did not come.
