We ordered a transfer service from Gatwick airport to Stansted airport. we only had 3 hours to get there due to delay of departure, trip takes 1hour and a bit ( 4am). the cab arrived 1 hour late and not with enough charge in the car so had to divert from the motorway looking for a power charge station this took another 40 minutes. To keep the story short, we missed our flight home to Gran Canaria. Had to book new tickets, wait all day for the new flight. all the drive could say, was I will pray for you. after disscutions about the bad service (paid in advance 150 pounds) cost of new tickets to get home 350 pounds, all they offered was a 30 pound refund. I would never trust them again. The only helpful person was the lady one the phone.
