absolutly **** service...arrived from luton airport with bagages via national express desparate for a taxi...saw this gaff next to station..rang the free call button..and person on theq over side picked up phone asked where i was then hang up with no explanation...pressed button to call a few more times and no answer!
very disrespectful...no manners at all and clearly unreliable...at least tell me why your not taking bookings rather than hang up..**** service do not pay them any money!
