I would not recommend this place at all. They gave me totally wrong lengths which were not fit for purpose. Very abusive and rude and their curtains are much more expensive as well as not measured according to my instructions. Instead he took it upon himself to shorten them in order to charge more. Avoid this shop please - no refunds & did not admit his fault for a large order. Has zero customer service skills. Do not waste your time & money in this shop!!!!

Use this shop for the first time was very impressed by the customer services that I received. the gentleman was very helpful when helping me with measurements and gave me a very good price. I would definitely recommend this shop in the future to my friends and family

We recently purchased net curtains from Butterfly Fabrics. We received prompt and friendly service from the Manager. He dealt with us in a very professional manner. He delivered our order before the time limit he had quoted and was very helpful in answering all our questions. My wife and I will definitely recommend them for a professional and efficient service.

Fantastic service and reasonable prices. I am sure the previous review was a misunderstanding as I had a completely opposite experience. I will always come here to buy my nets, curtains etc.

Don't believe anything they tell you about the returns policy, whether the products are faulty or of an unsatisfactory quality, they are very unreasonable and impolite.

Packets dont include everything it says it includes.

Curtains were stained and of very bad quality, they weren't even cheap!

Avoid if you can. Primark & poundstretcher are very reasonable in quality and price.

It's a shame because they were very nice to the point of purchase, but id never do business there again.
