Avoid this place like the plague!
I bought an umbrella in this shop which fell apart within minutes of buying it.
I was late for a meeting so popped in to buy the umbrella as it was raining and I didn't want to turn up soaking wet. . I don't live nearby so just put the umbrella aside and brought it back the next time I was in the West End (about 10 days later). The shopkeeper said they only do returns after 1 or 2 days! They also didn't give me a receipt when I bought the item so I couldn't guarantee that I had bought it there.
I definitely don't trust this shop because of how the dealt with my issue. When I was initially choosing an umbrella I noticed a the first one I picked up was broken so I put it back and took an unbroken one (the one which lasted about 2 minutes). I went back asking them to exchange the umbrella or issue a refund which they refused saying this was their policy!
