I have to say first of all that Crystal Travel has been the best...especially my travel agent host Andy
he has done a fantastic job assisting me and my family in preparation for my recent holiday flights. Andy is always puncutual in his service,on numerous occasions I have needed all my flight details immediately, I.e. times,hotels,travels deals and he has always gotten back to me with full answers to those very special questions,regarding my flight. a friendly person who is dedicated to serving customers with the highest ability.
it is because of Andy's Exceptional service, that I would definitely recommend Crystal Travel to Anyone:)

At first I got the online booking reference from Crystal Travel I got charged for the credit card fee while my card is actually a debit card. Then I emailed to their after sales service department asking for a refund, Rex, one of the travel consultant replied very soon, in less than 2hrs. This is very satisfying and then Dean, the other staff called me and followed up my case. The staffs are very responsive and helpful in any problems I have, very good service indeed.

Some days back I purchased a holiday Package from Crystal Travel,I am really Impressed by young lady there Miss Rose she was very polite and calm,She made everything comfortable for me since booking to payment all was done without any hassle, even during the holiday it was sunday I had some issues with hotel room and I called her she answered the call resolve it for me by talking to hotel management. 9 marks becoz of phone lines that should be improved

It was so easy to do. I booked my flight at about 1am to fly on the same day at 9pm. The confirmation came through the morning, but a consultant called both contact numbers to made dure that I have received the e ticket. He was very concerned. Great service. And I would use them again.
