Do not waste your time. I visited today with full intentions of booking my 2017 summer holiday with my partner and left disappointed.
Firstly, when entering the store there were 4 staff and no customers. We were greeted by nobody and had to approach a desk ourselves. Initially, she ignored us and only responded when we repeated ourselves. We specifically asked for a very basic beach holiday with a budget of £850 per person. She issues us with a brochure with prices that started from £1700 per person-clearly she failed to listen to us. When we told her this was way above our price range she abruptly grabbed the brochure from my partners hand and said 'this is way out of your price range, don't even bother looking through it' she then tucked this away behind her desk. Never have I ever experienced such terrible customer service, I was made to feel as if my money was not good enough. I left feeling dissatisfied and disrespected.
