Extremely knowledgeable and efficient travel agency who always seem to find the right holiday, flight, last minute hotel or resort for us as a family. We have had one or two internet disasters and learnt the true value of a very good travel agent!

We have booked several holidays with Sovereign and have found them to be exceptionally helpful.They have a good knowledge of the destinations we have visited . They have put together various complex holidays and saved us from bad flight connections. They rebooked all our flights for one holiday when the main flight was cancelled by the airline with out any charge. We would have spent hours trying to resolve the problem if we had booked it ourself on the internet
