Very disorganised travel agency. Will not be travelling with them to umrah again!. They promised us the Kaaba ? was 15 minutes away but found out that it was half an hour. Also, the hotel we stayed at in Mecca was so badly run had to beg the staff to clean the toilets and the room after having stayed there for 1 week which was absolutely ridiculous. To further add salt to the wound, we and others who travelled with us had found bedbugs and cockroaches in the hotel as a result of the lack of cleanliness present in this particular hotel. Would not recommend this travel agency to anyone as they will lie and not say how things really are!
