Don't book this lot for your wedding or special occasion.
My wife and I paid a total of £811 for a coach to take us and our guests TOGETHER from our wedding venue to our wedding celebration venue. London Coaches confirmed this by text the prior evening.
And yet on the day London Coaches sent three small minibuses without any prior notice. Although they did not provide the service we paid for they obviously expect us to accept this fait accompli.
We wanted all our guests to travel together with a photographer on the coach. If we’d wanted to our guests to travel separately it would have been cheaper to hire 12 taxis.
I complained and they promised a reply within 14 days. It is now 20 days later. I would not book with this company.
