M1 Tyres buying and selling cars not following legal procedures. No logbook given to seller. No green slip given to buyer. Buyer can't tax the car because illegally they don't give the green slip to the buyer. Costs the customer a lot of money in fines, lost car tax and insurance. Very disappointing.
