School of Wok opened its doors in London’s Covent Garden on Monday 28 May. The cookery school headed up by chef Jeremy Pang, offers oriental and Asian group cookery classes for all abilities.
Jeremy Pang set up School of Wok in 2009 as a London-based, mobile cookery school specialising in teaching his students Eastern cuisine in the comfort of their own homes. Born into a family of food lovers, Jeremy continued his food journey at Le Cordon Blue and then went on to work in a number of restaurants in South East Asia. Jeremy’s enthusiasm and knowledge, combined with his simple culinary techniques has made School of Wok a great success to date.
Resident guest chefs will offer lessons in cuisines from all over Asia including Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and Japanese. Co-owner of School of Wok and fellow food lover Nev Leaning will also be leading classes at the School, having worked in the hospitality industry for the last three years, cheffing and teaching.
