Hob Salons

Hello,I visited this salon at the end of May 2019,
the experience was awful!
My roots were not covered with highlights as I hoped for and I ended up looking horrible.When I asked for a refund I was laughed at and they also said that if I was looking for a certain look they are sorry I didn’t get that.All I wanted was just to have my roots covered.
I am attaching some photos of what my hair looked like actaually worse than I looked when I came in....

I booked into this Salon yesterday as its my local in West Hampstead (I usually go central) I was a little nervous trying out a new salon. I wanted highlights & a trim. I was greeted by friendly staff & my hair stylist Bryn was so lovely, not only did he make me feel welcome he was chatty & did a fantastic job on my hair, from my highlights, to the cut & blow dry & an amazing head massage! Ive now found a fabulous salon & hair stylist!!

I visited the salon on Wednesday. I had a bob cut done and I was very pleased. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Overall I had a very pleasant experience.
