My daughter's school was not impressed by her electric blue hair today (first day of term) so we needed some expert help - and fast! The staff at Scissors Palace were brilliant - helpful, professional, kind and creative. Nothing was too much trouble - they spent hours removing the blue colour and then recommended a 'natural' shade which we all now love. THANK YOU Scissors Palace, you are THE BEST.

Always a warm welcome in this multi-lingual hairdressing jewel.
Very talented but equally as important attentive staff. Nothing is too much trouble at any stage of the consultation or styling process. From refreshments to top notch relaxing head massages by the juniors, from luxurious aromatic products to high quality cuts and colours by the senior staff, this salon is a real find. Beauty treatments are offered during hair styling if desired but quiet and relaxation also respected. The staff judge the clients perfectly. You never leave feeling unhappy.

Exceptional customer service, the staff are so friendly and will always go out of their way to accommodate your needs, be it advice on hair colour, a beverage of your choice or simply a chat! Lau was great doing my colour, Angela gave brilliant colour advice and Barbara is a great girl. I have already booked my next visit!

I have never experienced a better customer service in any other salon, that I've been to. Scissors Palace team does everything to accomodate everyone and always is friendly and polite. I have wittnessed some rudness from other client while I was having my hair done and the management should be praised for putting up with this sort of behaviour from disrespectful someone who is 40 min late for their appointment and still gets everything done! Scissors Palace has been my second home for 3 year now and I will not go anywhere else, because the kindness leads in this place.

Scissors Palace is an amazing salon from the front desk service, Natasha is amazing very polite from the moment you walk into the salon. Alex shampoo my hair and was fantastic and I have had Michael blow dry my hair to perfection.

After almost 10 years of regular attendance I think I can say without doubt this is one of the best salons in London. Maybe not the trendiest, not the most technological or innovative in town but a guarantee of solid competence, great staff, friendly, available reception, and top quality products. Client service is paramount and loyal clients would always find a "slot" for last minute blow dry or manicure. While I travel outside UK very frequently, I make sure my hair and beauty are alway cared for at Scissor Palace. The atmosphere is great and any wish you have just ask!

Scissor Palace is THE Holland Park neighbourhood salon.
Everybody is very kind, professional and helpful.
Today I did my balayage with Lau and she's been amazing in giving me the best advice and wanting to achieve the best result for me.

Scissors Palace is a friendly, local hair salon! Everyone there is friendly and kind and the hairdressers seem to honestly have your best interests at heart. I have a couple of favourite stylists but a big positive of this salon is that you can choose if you want a senior stylist or a more junior one and prices vary accordingly.
Scissors Palace also have various offers- I highly recommend the Express Blowdry- always good, sometimes a brilliant lift to your day!
Advice is always sensible and practical and this Is genuinely a child friendly salon, either for cuts or just waiting for mum!

I've been a regular client for several years and never disappointed with all the treatments I've had. It's perfection and the stylists are all fantastic. They always consider what you'd like and they give good suggestions as well. The atmosphere is good fun and prices are reasonable considering the excellent services provided. Can't praise and recommend this salon enough.

Like a home away from home - friendliest staff ever - top professional and great service. I've been coming for 20years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. They really take good care of you while giving you the best treatments using top products. My favourite for cut and blow dry in the whole of London. Went for a family haircut, and got the whole treatment.
My boy (6yrs old) wanted to go to the barber to have a 'grown up shave'! Nico gave him a 'pretended shave' with the full treatment and haircut.
My daughter (6yrs old as well) did not want to go for a haircut because it is boring at 'mummy's place'. As a compromise she got a mini manicure!

Everybody was great to play along (on a very busy Friday afternoon) and my kids are looking forward to come back!

Ps Mummy had a mini manicure as well!
