Turned up for an appointment made online, the equipment needed for my appointment was broken so they couldn’t offer me my service
They said it had been broken since Saturday. Really disappointing that they hadn’t thought to make the service unavailable so that it wouldn’t have wasted my time in going to the salon for nothing

I have had a few hit and miss experiences and was therefore apprehensive about going here, but I have to say I couldn't be happier with the result. I had highlights and a cut by Kiko, who was full of great advice and did an absolutely first class job.

All the members of staff was really friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend this more.

I have been to the salon to have my highlights retouched a blow-dry & a hair cut. the first impression I had was very welcoming and i've been offered all services and the staff treated me like a client that has been going for over 20 years. my hair looks amazing.

I strongly recommend.

I've been a client at jackie&co for over 20 years along with my family and I must say I haven't known anywhere else such a friendly professional team of hair stylists.
I strongly recommend Jackie&Co they're miracle workers. incredible people.

went in with really bad hair, came out looking like a queen. AMAZING! that's all I can say. the staff were so supportive and friendly.

ive been to jackie&co, with my voucher and i had a wonderful experience, the team was very competent and friendly ...
done my blond hair light and Brazilian blow dry, i loved it...
i would definitely go back and recommend.

I was spoken to very rudely by the man doing my highlights, he just pick the colour to do the tint ones without even asking me what I wanted. When I asked him to put some in the hairline that he'd missed, he just looked at me and walked off. They have turned out patchy, uneven and yellow. The cut is awful. I was told this was what I would get if I used a voucher and that I had to pay lots of money in an expensive salon if I wanted good highlights. I was told I could have £20 discount if I came back again. I have to get my hair totally redone and the condition is ruined. A horrendous experienc

I have been a regular client with Jackie & Co together with my family for many years. I love the atmosphere, the quality of the work and the outstanding levels of the professionals who work there. They have a great team! I would surely not hesitate to recommend it to everyone young and old.

I bought a Wowcher and was treated as fairly and as importantly as any other customer. I arrived at the wrong time and was pushed in for my appointment - extremely considerate and nice. My hair looks great and, despite it being a voucher, got exactly what I asked for. Thank you! Will def reccommend

Terrible service, burnt my hair with chemicals, pulled it when washing and charged me extra money, DO NOT USE

This is all a big misunderstanding. First of all it states clearly in our Groupon offer that long hair incurs a surcharge. Secondly the client arrived with an existing scratch in the scalp.
Thirdly, we did the job, she left happy, and now she wants all the money back. As our priority is customer service we returned her money. We have been in Kensington for over 40 years, which clearly shows we are a successful business.

Would not recommend at all! I was not even asked how I would like my hair cut before he started cutting and the highlights have not worked at all. Also completely skipped Keratin treatment....no reason given for this. Don't know how they can justify charging £165 for this!!

Truly awful. I had a Brazilian blow-wave - extremely rough washing the hair to the point it felt like he was pulling it out. He flirted with the customer next to me - repeatedly stopping drying my hair to speak to her, then texting. He knocked my head with the drier repeatedly. Very rude.

I have been to the salon and I was really surprised that all the member's treated me very nice and polite. I had have a Brazilian blow dry hair straightener and I am very pleased that I have my hair treated ,and I highly recommend to my friend's.

I have just had my hair done in this salon at the weekend and to say I am unhappy with the service is an understatement. I got highlights and a cut done on my hair. Whilst the stylist was doing my highlights she had me leaning so far back on the chair that my neck hurt so bad and when I told her this she replied " have you never had highlights done before?". I have had my hair cut and coloured in so many places and I ave never had this treatment. I felt like a burden to the stylist who kept complaining how tired she was and how much hair I had. And as for the cut. My hair looks like a five year old cut it. I asked for layers and for it to be thinned out but it looks like she just cut out random chunks every where and there is no style to my hair now. I left the salon very distressed and I would NEVER go back there even if I was offered a service for free. The staff are snobby and only concerned with their regular customers. One word ... Disgraceful.
