poor service, the hairdresser (male- i think he was the salon owner) did not cut hair anything like the pctures I showed him. he just glanced at them, did not listen to me and carried on with what he thought was best. I think he was a barber before, he gave me a hideous male style haircut, which he thought suited me. Terrible judgement, terrible taste! Really am very upset and would never go here again, nor should you!

WORST HAIRDRESSERS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I had been growing my hair for FOUR years, it was really, really long. I decided i wanted a bob like audrey tatou in the film 'Amelie' (if you don't know what i mean, do google it, it is supercute) I showed guy who cut my hair 3 photos of this haircut. I left the salon looking like sharon osbourne. the bob i showed him pictures of that i wanted my hair to look like was a BLUNT CUT EAR LENGTH BOB. The haircut he gave me looks ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THIS. I now have a head of supershort layers, shortest ones being 4 inches. it is going to take me a whole year and a half to grow out all of these stupid layers into the blunt cut bob at the length i wanted. i had this haircut done about 3 weeks ago and have only just stopped crying about it. DON"T GO TO THIS HAIR SALON< PLEASE...unless you are actively looking for a hairdresser who is going to not even bother to look at the pictures you show him and give you a completely different haircut that looks truly terrible. i have never, ever been so angry or upset at a hairdresser before. Imbeciles.

This is a really nice salon. The staff are all genuine, approachable people and the service is really good. I've been a couple of times and I am so pleased with both my cut and colour, I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Highly recommended!!

I've being going to Glamour Cuts since Nas took over from Erik & Jon! Perfect haircut & colouring! Sometimes i just pop in to have my fringe trimmed which is never a problem with them unlike other hairdressers! Very professional & pleasant experience! Would highly recommend them!
