I brought a Groupon voucher online as I wanted to get a haircut, highlights and treatment which I found at a brilliant price.

I was really impressed with the stylist (Gloria) and her understanding of what I wanted.

I am more than satisfied with the end result and will definitely be going back next time.

If you are looking for a great place to get your hair done I would definitely recommend.

I went here on my 40th Birthday for a special hair cut and colour. The staff were all fantastic. Sarah showed real attention to detail and wanted everything perfect for my special celebration. I went with a Groupon voucher but can honestly say I was treated to the same high standard as all the other customers. I got lots of compliments from friends and family. All wanted to know which salon I had it done.

I was very very satisfied with service at JOSEPH'S. From the very first moment when my jacket was taken to last final result. I've been offered a drink which was tasty tea. I was treating so professional by the French girl which name starts with C (sorry, I can't remember). My hair was done perfectly how I want it to be and result was amazing even if I wanted fair color from dark. I would give even 11/10. I recommend it to everyone and definitely will go back there.

Joseph and his team are extremely professional, friendly and give great up to date advice. Just walked past the shop and went in. Was impressed with the service so I made an appointment with Joseph himself for the following week. Was extremely impresed. I am a very difficult and nervous person but he put me at my ease. Had a lovely massage from the girl who washed my hair and my cut and colour was first class.

Vave been back twice and will be a client for life. Dont usually review but had to because of the negative things that had been written. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

Groupon. Turned up day of appointment to find stylist was ill, nobody had bothered to call to let me know. Came back following week, it was the worst I've ever had. He was unbelievably rude to me, smelled bad, and did a total half-arsed job on cut and highlights. I had to pay to get my hair re-done

Am so sorry to hear that this happened and would like to know the name of the stylist as we have no stylists who "smell". It is not right that the client was not contacted to be told that the stylist was ill. It sounds as though this client was not given our usual professional service.

Had my hair coloured by a stylist at Joseph's, looked no different. He said wash it a few times for colour to show. Still no change, I re-booked to get it re done,he didn't show up & was told he didn't actually work for Joseph? Now I have no colour, no refund but was given a no to call him myself. I did and no reply. I was led to believe this stylist worked for Joseph's but was told he only rented a space? I would have returned if I had been offered some gesture of goodwill but instead was asked to pay again.

Unfortunately the stylist in question called Jay was self employed and ran his own business. He is absolutely nothing to do with us and in fact ususally used a room upsairs but on the odd occasion worked in my salon. He is no longer working in our building.

I visited the salon using a groupon voucher, all of the customers appeared to use this system. My appointment was for 10.30 and I was early and I was shampooed at about 10.10. The colourist was very professional and the result was good. however she was unable to cut my hair as she had another client. I had to wait until the other 10.30 client was finished and I left the salon at 14.10. This would have been not too disappointing but when I returned homee I realised one side of my hair was longer than the other.

I was very concerned to read this review and am very sorry that this client was so unhappy. it is unacceptable that the stylist was unable to cut his/her hair and had to wait so long. We would have certainly been happy to rectify the disappointing hair cut and want all our clients to have a relaxing and stress free time when they are in my salon.

I have been visiting Joseph's salon for the past eight years. The salon has a great atmosphere and I always walk out feeling confident and happy with my hair. I have been to so many salons in the past where I am not 100% happy however that has never happened at Joseph's.
Plus the coffee there is delicious which is always a bonus!

I have been a client of Joseph for five years and had to write a review after seeing the ridiculous comments that a couple of people have written. Joseph and his team are completely professional and as far as I am concerned the best hairdressers in London. Each time I visit I come out feeling thoroughly spoilt and when my hair is good I feel so much better.

The salon is very very comfortable, as soon as I enter I feel as though I am being greeted by old friends. Their coffee is wonderful and nothing is too much trouble.

If you want to treat yourself, go to Joseph and you will always come out with a wonderful hairstyle and as though you are the most important person in the world.

Tried this salon, despite the bad reviews was pleasantly surprised. I'm a very fussy customer too, so to impress me it really does have to be good.

The salon could do with a bit of a revamp, but great location. Nice friendly staff, good service and great finish.

Recommend Sebastien (French)for cutting & colour, really listened to my requirements and delivered to my expectations.

Great to have someone like this in Knightsbridge. Have visited many salons in my time, but this one really does have the edge..

Awful service, awful haircut, not happy, especially as bought for me as a treat, really disapointed with it all, just seems to be a poor excuse for a hairdressers

We have been in Knightsbridge for over 25 years and feel that we are a professional salon. We are disappointed that this client did not contact us and we would have been happy to see to her problem. We have a regular and passing clientele and am sure they would be happy to say they are pleased with our service.

Madeline should have contacted us immediately and explain why she was disappointed.
