Love Love Love! Found my forever hairdresser, will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. They didn't do what I asked, they charged me with a huge amount of money different from the price list, they didn't apply the discount offer I booked with.
In the end, when I contacted them to fix my roots at least or refund me the discount, they didn't accept. I have to live the next 6 months with this terrible hair and be traumatized and unhappy because of them. I don't have more money to go and fix it elsewhere.

I do not recommend this place, they don't care if the customer is unhappy at the end.
The hairdresser even didn't want to hear my complaint and was rude to me. I was frightened and emotional and I couldn't react at this moment. I paid because I didn't want to make theater and I believed that they will help me somehow.



But even after long emails, they refused to fix what they have done.

I booked for an appointment at Live True London Brixton on their website after receiving a marketing offer giving 50% off colour when booking a full priced haircut or blowdry with it. The day after I was called by the salon to pop in to do a patch test as I was a new customer and to postpone my appointment after 2 days. I went in the saloon, did the test and went to the reception to move my appointment. To check the offer I booked from the website was still on for my new appointment day I e-mailed customer service that told me the price from my online apportionment that was meant to be £135 total for balayage, toner, cut and blowdry was now increased to £162 because they booked me in with a senior stylist. I was already annoyed as I tought it wasnt professional at all to move my appointment with a senior stylist without telling me about it and without notify me of the price increase. Anyway I let it go and went for my appointment 2 days later. I was explained from the stylist what colour she could achieve with my hair and I did appreciate her honesty and professionalism. She got me to sign a paper with written I was aware that the colour may would not turn up as light as I desired, she also told me if I would get any extra treatment I will pay extra for it which I tought it was obvious and I agreed. I went for the olaplex treatment that was advertised £40 on the website and that was the extra amount I was expecting to pay. Well I was wrong. The colour, cut and style came out nice, not a mayor change but looking more healthy and a bit lighter than when I came in. But when I went to pay I was shocked to learn the price fluctuate to £242! And that including the 50% off on colour! Apparently I got added toner which I find absolutely unacceptable when I pay for a full head balayage and toner already, my hair are standard medium length hair not rapunzel hair that in that case I understand you end up using bottles and bottles of toner. In few words I booked for £135, they changed my stylist and increase to £162 and I walked out paying £240 with the discount. I couldn't do much or ask for more explanation as the stylist left me to the reception and left before I was told the final price. I paid and left. Colour and haircut were nice but not worth the price. Also be prepared to pay way more you planned to specially if your hair are longer than your shoulder you ll likely be charged for extra toner or colour.
