I love this salon, it's well priced, the girls are all lovely and very professional... But unfortunately the salon itself is filthy! It's such a shame, I'd love to recommend it to friends but it is in desperate need of a good clean and maybe a little face lift!! I really hope they clean up their act so I can keep visiting.

I have been to this salon four times now and I really love it. Andy normally cuts my hair and shes such a lovely lady as well as a really good hairdresser.
yesterday for the first time I had my hair cut by fatima and really pleased again!These ladies really put you at your ease are a good laugh as well as being really talented.
I love my hair!

I am absolutely delighted to finally find a highly skilled hairdresser. All my friends are impressed with my highlights and the lovely cut. I had a voucher so did not expect much but will come back for the roots in a few months time. In my opinion Andy is the best hairdresser in London. Thank you very much and I hope you will be able to travel to Poland and enjoy the Polish wedding.

I used my KGBdeals voucher here. They were very friendly, efficient and proffesional. I am very happy with my colours and cut. Would highly recommend them!!

I used a groupon voucher to have my hair cut conditioned and highlighted, i have used these before so went in with low expectation. however i was very surprised byt the service and staff- very professional very friendly, listened to my past hair woes and gave me a fantastic consultation, effortless help from Any and the owner fatma, very relaxed surroundings, pleasant and plenty of tea :) I will defo be using this salon again and i think i have found myself an amazing hairdresser very very pleased with the amazing results, thank you ANDY

It was OK there, I've used my Groupon voucher so I wasn't really expecting anything amazing, although the lady boss should maybe consider her manners there and behaviour itself. Only one thing I wasn't impressed by - they say they use Moroccan oil products, well they don't!

hi I am sorry you felt that your experience with us was just ok,we try to meet every individuals expectations to the best of our abilities, However, unfortunately, you came in with a negative attitude because you had bought a groupon voucher, so therefore your expecation were already made up. If you was unhappy with the result of your hair service we would be more than be happy to rectify this and your experience with us. I am also a little puzzled with your comments on our morrocan oil products, as we use morroccan products on all our clients.

Used my Groupon voucher today. Absolutely happy with my new colour and cut. The staff was very friendly and professional. The stylist listened to me very carefully, asked about ideas and prefences.They shifted my expectations. The result is great. I feel high))) THANK YOU ANDY!!! I LOVE YOUR JOB!!!

I was genuinely impressed with my visit today. It was a relaxing and relaxed treat and weirdly I usually think of having my hair done as a bit of a trial so that's a big compliment to the salon and the way the very well managed and motivated team put me at ease. I was even asked whether I wanted my tea strong, medium or weak which is a first! Fabulous, thorough colour treatment and conditioning. But the main things for me were the friendly and sincere consultation and my resulting haircut; brilliant, assured, just right. A great blow dry too which didn't cut any corners. I've had compliments. At the risk of sounding like the Terminator, I'll be back!

Just perfect! I have done my highlights on last Sunday and am very pleased. The staff is really friendly and professional. They use Moroccan Oil products so your hair are really shiny, smooth and looks healthy. Definitely I will go there again!

Absolutely brilliant! Just received a wonderful full head of highlights and precision cut this morning. These ladies really know what they are doing - they are highly professional and really friendly too! A real find!

Used my KGB deal today. Very pleased with full head of highlights and cut & blow dry. Staff were very friendly!! Would recommend to friends and family. Great service! Not many people can blow dry my hair how I like it but I have to say I was very pleased with outcome. Donna

I had a voucher to use, and an interview coming up, so thought I'd best go and smarten up those greys to a more lively colour. The staff are wonderfully friendly, I was asked exactly what I wanted to have done, and got exactly that. I also had my own special colour mixed up for me and it was written down for when I need the roots redone. I am feeling smart and swooshy, thanks to all at SARC for my lovely hair! I shall definitely be back.

Very poor, it might be cheap but when you ask and pay for a full head of highlights and actually get an uneven half head it's not worth it. I wouldn't recommend.
