Toni & Guy

I visited the salon (Toni & Guy, Crouch End) on a business trip about two months ago. My request was simple but strict, a men's trim in line with my existing style, which I liked.
All of the staff were very nice. Lads on the desk took care of my belongings while the stylist asked first what I wanted, and really made sure he understood what I was asking for. Every now and then he'd check and make sure he was still on the right page.
I've seen some negative reviews elsewhere, and don't understand them. Either the salon has had a total makeover, or else they've been trolled badly. Good c

I got a cut and colour. My hair was pre-coloured/ bleached so it was tricky to do what I wanted (blonde to an ash brown) . The colourist explained everything to me and gave me the best choices, we made the decision together (I wouldn't have known what was achievable or not without her). I told her what I didn't want (Red undertones) and she managed a light brown against the odds, even telling me if it wasn't perfect she'd try a new colour that day. It turned out really well.

The people who work here listen to what you want and do a great job. They don't make you feel like one client in the crowd by rushing or cutting corners (as we all know some do).

I recommend Chris the Stylist, he is really friendly and great at giving you that bouncy blow dry fashionista look!
