Normally have my hair cut here. No problems normally. This time she obviously hasn't cut enough off the front as it's completely overgrown just 3 weeks later. Phoned today to ask 2 very simple questions - could someone cut the fringe and how much would it cost? Spoke to several different people and had to say the same story over again and still didn't get an answer. Inept service and won't be using them again.

I went to the hair on broadway in Temple Fortune. I did not find the staff friendly. I was not asked whether I wanted a drink until halfway through my highlights. Five minutes into the consultation I was told I had to buy the shampoo and conditioner which was 30 pounds each due to my hair condition. This made me feel very anxious. I found their manner was very pushy and did not put me at ease. I felt obliged to book another appointment as I was leaving. I then telephoned to cancel the appointment and I found the lady who answered the phone very rude. The cut and colour was fine though.
