Been going here since 2006 wouldn't go anywhere else. I always leave with a smile and the staff are very helpful, listen to what I want and have a good laugh

EXTREMELY bad highlights from there. The girl didn’t take any care from taking sections, so the dark hair got put in packets with bleach. I now have a mixture of high and lowlights, along with some ginger bits due to the lack of patience and unprofessional treatment I got. I mentioned to her about it whilst she was still highlighting my hair, as I could see parts of my brown hair going on with the bleach, and her response was that she couldn’t pick out every single blonde strand from the brown ! The girl was very nice, I can’t fault that but when I left in tears.... literally tears, she told me that it wouldn’t be good for my hair to have more bleach. More care and time would have totally prevented my horrible hair ! £1 for a mask and constant hinting that I needed a £4.50 treatment after my colour, and £44 for 10 packets of highlights.....,Hair location is a big NO from me!!

I have visited this salon twice now and found all staff to be friendly and helpful.
I have very straight hair and have had some nightmare cuts in the past from various hairdressers... But on the 2 occassions i've visited here ive left 100% happy.Their prices are very reasonable and they certainly know hair, i would definately reccomend to anyone... Thankyou Hair location see you in 5 weeks for a trim..

The best hair dresser I have ever been to , I moved to mitcham 3 years ago and could not keep going back to barnes for my hair and its the best hairdresser I have ever been to , my hair is very curly and hard to work with at times but the staff mainly the manger pina just get on with it have a chat with you and are very friendly .

I first tryed hair location july of 2009 like anything when u first go to these places u are take a risk if u like. The price sounded appealing to me a wash , cut blow dry n strightnen 27.50 as I had long hair at the time or it can be 25.50 for shorter. They maded u feel welcome n done a brillant haircut n style they also give u an honest opion so if u have something in mind n they dont think it look right they tell u n come to a comprise with u . I have gone back twice since at christmas n at the end of january this year 2010 so I think that speaks for itself dont u?
