This Vet is very unprofessional and dishonest after charging over 240 pounds to treat an injured paw that only required cleaning, the vet didnt close the cat basket properly and our pet escaped as soon as we left the clinic. To add insult to injury they blamed us even though they admit it was the vet that closed basket.
My daughter was in tears all day and kept looking for the cat till 9 30 in the evening.
The general manager said that we let the cat escape and refused to return the medication that we paid for, even though it was unopened.
