This has got to be the best vets in London,,

The staff at the desk: Wendy and Sarah are so helpful knowledgeable and considerate as well as professional at all times,,

And Mr Carmichael himself is so sweet and kind as well as an excellent vet ,,

He has this way of making you feel at ease when you meet him,,

There’s Nothing he doesn’t know about animals ( especially cats- in my case)

He has always got time to listen to you with your woes and worries about your animal ,,
Keeping calm and ALWAYS gives you excellent advice ( and treatment if needed)

His prices are also very reasonable,,

This is the vet that every animal owner needs to have in their corner,,

Well done Sarah and Wendy for always being so polite on the phone and in person and for all your help and advice you have given me over the years .,

My cat was ill on monday, on tuesday i rang holland park and addison veterinary clinic, not really thinking i would an appointment straight away, but i had a choice of times for that day. The receptionist was very helpful, happy and kind.mr carmichael was brilliant, sorted my cat out straight away, no expensive tests or potions, just someone who seems to care about animals, registered my other cat too. Recommended to family and friends.

Can't believe I have never said how much I value the care and attention my animals have received over many years (can't give an exact figure but certainly 30+) from Andrew Carmichael and his delightful nurse, Sarah Parish. It is wonderful to have the continuity of seeing the same vet and nurse every time who lovingly care for my pets from the cradle to the grave.

Same as said before: Mr Carmichael, Sarah and the rest of the team are all excellent. You really couldn't ask for more from a vet.

Completely agree with the other reviews. We have been using Mr Carmichael's surgery for over 10 years and always found him excellent, efficient and kind. Veterinary nurse Sarah is fantastic and always happy to answer questions and offer reassurance.

An excellent and efficient service is offered by Andrew Carmichael and his team. Especial acknowledgement should be made to Sarah, the receptionist and first point of contact at the clinic. She has a remarkable gift for knowing who you are and which animal you own and is soothing in stressful situations.

Great service, sympathetic and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.
