The best Vet I have ever used !
My cat is a fighter and all through lockdown they treated him .
When he comes home beaten up from yet another fight - I ring the practise and they fit him in . He has no trauma and even purrs when they are treating him !
They do the insurance for me and it’s effortless
The relief I have knowing they are always available is huge .
I highly recommend

The charges are exorbitant and day light robbery. A human dentist would not charge the amounts this vets does for your pet dog. Dental hygiene came to £323.31. Then, how about a Molar tooth extraction ? well, that came at a heart attack inducing price of £613.41. I have submitted the actual of the charges as proof. The Vet could not explain & satisfactorily justify the outrageous charges. Be warned, Prices are not either on their web site. Ask before hand, as they will not volunteer costing unless asked.

We have used this excellent veterinary practice since our two cats were kittens. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. You always feel welcome and in safe hands.

Recommended over the years and I finally registered both my dogs here. I wish I'd done it earlier ! 5 star treatment from all staff and Mr Butt is a very special man with a great understanding of animals. Added to this, my dogs love going there and love all the staff. Treatment has always been successful. I'm very grateful

The team of K M Butt has looked after our dog very well since he was a puppy. Even after we moved out of the area we would try to go back to seek help from them because we could tell our dog is more comfortable there than at the other clinic we tried. The team is incredibly kind and professional.

By far the best vet in London. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My little dog gets quite stressed out and mean at the vet but Dr. Butt can always calm him down. As an overprotective owner he is always very patient and explains things in perfect detail so that you can be assured your beloved pet will be alright.
I have had my dog examined by many vets all over London to ask about a breathing problem he has and the only one to correctly identify and treat my dog was Dr. Butt. I just cannot say enough good things about this vet he is simply amazing.

Flawlessly professional and very always concerned about the animals welfare - even when my 45 kilo Bullmastiff tries to remove parts of the staff's anatomy (No I'm not kidding). Cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Wouldn't take my dog anywhere else - I mean - if the Queen uses him (and she does) - who am I to complain?

Totally agree with the positive feedback.

Every time we walk pass the vet, my lab would be very keen to go back in. Not only the vets are friendly and genuinely caring, their staff is equally so. As a team they just make a somewhat unpleasant visit (taking a sick animal to the vet) to a more bearable pleasant experience.

Keith Butt was recommended to me about 8 years ago. Together with his associates he looked after my labrador beautifully right up to the last day of her life. When the end came Keith proved to be not only deeply knowledgeable and very intuitive but incredibly kind.
Veterinary practices, especially in the more affluent areas of large cities, tend to be profit driven - often to the point where clients might not feel entirely comfortable. Where Keith and his colleagues are concerned it is the exact opposite. They so obviously and deeply care for their patients, they are so considerate in supporting the owners through difficult times, their charges are so reasonable, that one feels entirely comfortable in the knowledge that the best person is making the best possible decisions for one's beloved pet.
My new "baby" lab is very lucky indeed to have Keith's practice to look after her! I just wish that, just as he succeeded in finding two exceptional vets to work with, Keith could find a way of setting up extended hours emergency services. I can't help but dread having to rely on anybody else...
It is rare that one can recommend a practice with no reservations whatsoever but Keith Butt and his team represent one of those wonderful exceptions.

Excellent service! Our dog had a very bad, ongoing condition but Kynance located the source of problem (was not a common one) and brough our little boy back to life quickly. They are all very knowledgable, attentive and they really care about your pet. I've been to many vets before and left with a bad taste but Kynance is one of a kind. Woldn't change for nothing! Well done!

KM Butt is an excellent vet. He is practical and kind. He is very attentive and keeps our dog at ease. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
