Rude staff. Refused to take my package on Dec 14, 2021 at 10pm. The man refused to give me his name, just said he was the manager. I will complain the Hermes and to Amazon too, ridiculous that someone like that is at a till. He was also playing on his phone.

Really Helpful today with my Hermes return

The team are always helpful and I am always welcomed with the biggest smile at this little shop. I also couldn't run my small business without them and drop myHermes parcels off with them daily. So convenient and I especially appreciate the efforts of businesses like this to stay open and support us all through the pandemic while remaining positive.

I would avoid this shop at all cost. RUDE staff , all they want to do is watch video on there phone . I went to pick a parcel up and was told that I would have to go through the bags myself ,people should not have too go through these bags it should be the shop keepers job as they are being paid for this services , especially with COVID-19 around . The shop smells , I had to take all my clothes off my I got home the smell was so bad . I was told by one member of staff was that the only reason they did parcel was to get people to buy things from there shop when they went there to get or drop parcel off . He said if he knew I was not buying anything would not have taken my parcel as it was larger , another time I was told to come back as he didn't want the parcel left in he's shop for the night as the company had done the last pick up . I would not but anything from this shop .
