The City of London Distillery, the only working distillery in the City of London, is now the new home of Whitley Neill, the UK’s number 1 premium gin. Situated in the heart of London’s historic square mile and steeped in gin-making traditions, the new-look destination is now open for personalised gin-making experiences, tastings and tours.

Not only home to top gin making production, the City of London Distillery also houses an exquisite bar. A hidden treasure in the heart of London, this first class cocktail bar is not one to be missed. Overlooking the striking copper stills of the distillery, there is a wide range of delicious cocktails on the menu, and – of course – a fantastic selection of Whitley Neill Gins.

For the first-time, gin-lovers can now get fully immersed in the Whitley Neill Gin story by taking a guided tour of the distillery followed by a tasting to discover the fascinating history of gin in London.

Gin fanatics can make their very own personalised bottle of gin in the gin school to take and enjoy at home. From designing a recipe and selecting the botanicals, to nurturing the gin in a mini-still, each recipe created in the gin school will be kept on file for participants to repurchase in the future. The gin school experience is a real must and provides great insight into the intricate distilling process.
