I am a regular customer to this shop and have been for 30 years. Tiday i wanted to top up my gas abd electricity cards but theccasj machine to get cash to pay was not working. In the past the shop would take my payment by card if the machine was mot working. Today however i was refused card payment unless i bought something in the shop.
I have been online to paypoint who saif they are not allowed to ask me to purchase an item and they will top up my cards with my card payment.
I have reported them to Paypoint and will never go into that shop again .
Just to also make people aware i have experienced out of date products, been short changed and on one visit they chap serving me was being over chatty and had no intention of giving me my change and when i asked he was questioning me , like i was lying i even emptied my purse on the counter as i had no £5 note or small change ...
