It’s a shame I can’t give less than one star to be honest. I have never met such rude people in my life. When shopping for a wedding, you hope for a good experience but this was the complete opposite. We found a mens suit for my brothers wedding that was lovely, however there were marks on it. They understood it was for a groom but they were unwilling to remove marks until we had paid. In this situation it was obvious that they were not confident that the marks would come out, otherwise there would not be an issue to remove before payment. They wanted us to pay £400 for a suit with dark marks. She argued with us and belittled our professional knowledge in garment cleaning. I hope no one ever experiences such atrocious customer service as this was beyond a joke. Whilst we were there, we could also hear the conversation with people on the phone who were complaining of delays and outfits being made in incorrect colours. I most definitely will not be returning and would advise others to do the same until they change their attitude towards their customers.

you want the least hassle free service and a fraction of a cost then this is the place, go to ricky or sav, they are 10/10 people and too friendly, i felt like it was my place. haha, if i get married again i am going to them only haha

highly recommend them, they are professionals and know what they are doing.

this is the first time i ever wore indian outfits and i am very glad my inlaws choose Parampara. excellent service, lovly atmosphere very good prices. above all the made to measure came out perfect within a timly manner. highly recommended

this is the best shop to go to in thew whole of southall, well educated people that actually understand the needs of a customer rather then just about sales. a real nice family environment, me and my family had ordered the outfits from them and i was very very satisfied. i would highly recommend them , you get exactly what you want and at a very reasonable cost. i would recommend everyone to trust them. regards J

I would avoid this shop at all costs. We ordered a made to measure suit from them - when it cam eto ordering the suit everything was 'yes we can do this, yes we can do that'. So we eventually placed the order and then heard nothing from them. They said that it would take 3 weeks to arrive but they would call us to confirm the date it would be delivered. 3 weeks later we had heard nothing from them and they did not respond to any of the phone calls. We finally made contact with them and they said the suit would be delivered the next week but they would call us to confirm what day. Again we heard nothing from them and kept leaving messages for them to call us back. We finally got hold of them the following week and they said we could come and collect the suit. When we got there the suit was not as we requested and looked very cheap indeed. When we said that this is not what we ordered they said they could correct it and we should call them in 30 mins and they would confirm the plan. Again we couldnt get hold of them. We finally bought something else from another shop ( that was much nicer) and are struggling to get a refund. When we went back to get a refund the father there actually locked us in the shop!!! No professional integrity and very bad business model. Avoid them at all costs - we regret ever going there. There are other better shops around with better business ethics. They accused us of everything from lying to faking the wedding date (and asked us to bring the wedding card in to prove it had taken place,!!). Can't beleive they work like this. My only advise is that if you have to deal with them then pay with visa not cash - at least that gives you some protection whne it all goes wrong (and it will!). The customer infront of us when we went back was also having the same issue with a delayed order. AVOID

i couldnt believe how much monies i saved it was crazy, i was first scared as it was my first time i was doing made to measure that too on my wedding lhangha and when all the other shops said why did i place the order with parampara i was a little scared, buy OMG the result i couldnt believe it.

i was so happy that after receiving my bridal outfit i got hold of images of what i wanted for my family and fiance, once again EXACTLY to what i wanted. the funny thing is when i showed it to the other shop keepers of the result they had no reply. so in your face.

guaranteed and only recommended. ihave seen other brides and grooms in there all were happy with the final products.

I am actually not sure which Parampara the other person went to but I contradict to EVERYTHING the lady or gentlemen said. Myself and my wife both ordered our wedding outfits on 5/02/11 and I must say it was a service like no other could even think of providing. I come from a business background and I must say I was so impressed of the professionalism. from the first time we went in to the store it wasn't about sale for them it was just services and the friendly atmosphere was added benefit. Our outfits were expected to arrive within 8 weeks and both of them were made exactly to our requirements and that too one week before hand, we were so delighted with the generous handling that my wife insisted on us making the bridesmaids and bestmens outfits from them, which were again perfect and on time and at a fraction of cost compared to all the internet sites and other places. after my experience I would personally recommend Parampara. They are very friendly efficient and above all deliver the products exactly as you ask and I am certain it will be cheaper then other stores out there.

Absolutely disgusted with this store and their behaviour. They have no concept of customer service, civility or retail business. We ordered a wedding outfit from here with the promise it would arrive with over a month to spare. It never arrived. Lost count of the number of phone calls and visits to this store and empty promises. They spun various stories about delivery and when we visited to get our money back they were rude, swore and insulted us - One of the owners told us 'we don't give a sh*t'!.They even told us to collect the money on the day of the wedding - who does that?!? We had to return a number of times to get our money! We had to buy a whole new outfit 3 days before the wedding. I am so shocked and disgusted that anyone would behave this way and lie and cheat during such an important time. Parampara has put me off ever going shopping to Southall. The wedding outfit was bought and custom made in ONE DAY from Wembley and turned out better than what Parampara was offering - It was also HALF the price that Parampara charged. It just goes to show that there are stores who understand customers needs and how to do good business - something that the stuck up''business graduate'' know it all from Parampara obviously forgot to attend at his university of D.U.N.G
