I cannot sing their praises enough. All of the staff are so helpful, like a family.
I went in chose what I thought I wanted and given a suggested dress which I went with because it was GORGEOUS and actually the cheaper option.
I was measured exactly spot on so alterations were minimal, the seamstress helped me out as I had messed up my appointment time, but she used her lunch break even though she had been working non stop that month. Can't wait for my day and to send them picture of me on my wedding day. Thank you lad

HOWEVER, four months later when my dress should arrived, and I had had no contact from them, I called them, and was told my dress would be a week late. When I queried why the dress was late as my wedding was in three weeks, they then said they had called the designer and the dress would be in,

First of all my bridesmaids and I arrived and were ignored by the sales assistant (who looked at us and then continued to faff with something) for about three or four minutes on arrival, then we were given large books to flick through for dresses I might like to try on. We were asked to record the reference numbers for the dresses on a piece of paper which I then handed to the assistant who didn't know which dresses these corresponded to anyway and proceeded to look through the books for the actual pictures.
Then two other members of staff emerged from the back and began to talk over me while I was speaking to the sales assistant to tell her about the meeting they'd just had.
The sales assistant, on locating the dresses I'd selected then proceeded to lug these like corpses to the changing room, dragging them along the floor, at which point both my sister and I had to compose ourselves to avoid dissolving into hysterics. The sales assistant took at least ten minutes to lace up the first dress I tried on and did not draw the curtain properly so my bridal party could see me in a state of undress. The second dress I tried on she told me not to even show the others as it looked horrible, and when my friend suggested a third dress she told me "there's no point lovey, it's going to look awful, it won't look good."
The shop was also quite tired looking and dingy and didn't feel very bridal.
