I went to the shop on 26.08.2021 to buy some clothes and I am regular customer..I was trying some clothes and put my bag in the front of me as I turned to the bag was stolen..no customers was in shop only the staff were helping me..I complaint to the store manager to view CCTV footage the manager refused and determined not to show the cctv..the bag has my passport and 3000 Turkish lira..called the police and the police only can email the company to view the cctv if they refuse then the police can't force them..what a country we live in..the the police can't help vulnerable person who was ripped inside the shop full of cctv!!!! If I insult a staff the cctv will be available in 2 minutes..this is our the law !!!!! And this is Nexgen shop
