D Fashion Mall

Went in today. Was going to buy a suit and was simply checking the embroidery work before purchasing. The first man I was dealing with was friendly but the second man that came to help saw me looking at the half broken stones (they were meant to be circular but some were just jagged shards, finishing not great but was on sale so I didn’t mind, was simply checking for any MAJOR issues before buying as everyone knows to do because you can never get refunds in southall) & he started saying “it’s handmade so it’s going to be like that’ - They love lying to diaspora children who come in without their mums because they think we don’t know. If it’s hand made, the quality should be even better no? I just nodded and carried on checking but he snapped, grabbed the suit and started packing it away and saying don’t buy it then. I was about to purchase it and I even told him that but he wasn’t having it. The other reviews are correct. No matter how pretty an outfit is, why give money to people lacking basic customer service.

Went into fashion mall today (25 march 2023). The men in there are really really rude. As another reviewer wrote if you ask to see a suit in different colours or your size it’s as though you’ve asked them to chop their arm off for you. They have no customer service. They have nice clothes in there and it’s a shame they’re like that otherwise I probably would have bought one suit today and another one next weekend when I go back. Wouldn’t give my money to traders who are so so rude and think they know best. Don’t bother going in there or giving them your custom and if you do go there make sure you write a review of their experience.

The shop is run by around 4 males, possibly all family. All the men in the shop are very rude and lazy. Customer service is absolutely horrific. They are always unwilling to help let alone show you the clothes you have requested to see. It’s like hell in there, asking them for sizes or different colours is if you have asked the world of them, as they can never be bothered and they just lie to your face.There always grumpy and moody and you never know when they are going to snap.

Bought a suit on Saturday, went to exchange really rude rude staff, they dont know how to speak to ladies, walked away disgusted and never going back there and not even going to recommend to family and friends

What a shame they have nice ready made suits but the customer service is so bad we had to just walk out. And no changing rooms
