I would not recommend this clothing shop at all - the exchange/return policy is terrible and the customer service is extremely poor. I bought a dress recently which was damaged - unfortunately I had not noticed it was damaged when I first purchased it - the dress had not been worn. The lady running the store refused to exchange the item - I had not even asked for a refund, and when I asked to speak to the manager I was told the manager did not want to speak to me as he was busy running multiple stores - she did not even contact the manager with regards to my complaint. The store needs to have a good think about their exchange policy, customer service and also the quality of their clothing as there were other items out on display that were damaged. I am not one to complain but I feel I had to given the very disappointing experience!
