Be very careful buying tiles from here. They massively oversold me what I needed and won’t do anything about it. Very disappointing. I have boxes and boxes left! Not impressed.

Great choice, quick delivery, friendly helpful service... best tile shop in London! And no I don't work for them! I regularly send friends and clients to them and have never been let down by them...

I have used European Hertigae since 2011. I have found the quality and variety of tiles excellent. The after sales service is timely and appreciated. For instance if I run out of tiles whilst my tiler is on site, european hertiage will gladly arrnage for more tiles to be sent quickly. Also the advice regarding installation and finishes is very useful.

We've used European Heritage ever since we started in business, the comments below are completely at odds with our experience, and frankly sound like sour grapes. They have a well stocked warehouse with tiles ready to go, and the showroom is really helpful when you're looking for inspiration for a project. Above all, I would say that the prices are keen, the styles in keeping with current trends, and the service is excellent...

I really don't know why there are negative comments. I have used European Hertitage for a number of years and I find their products fantastic. The service can be patchy but in the main they are helpful. Where else can you go and just pick up free labelled samples? Prices- very very fair for great quality products. Lovely neutral shades of tiles is what I'm looking for an EH have many of them.

I totally agree with the previous comment.

First their customer service is despicable. They wouldn't multiply two measurements in order to get the sq.m. There is always a company policy excuse in order to be as useless as possible.

Then they charged me for transport between their supplier and their warehouse! Since when?! When I saw "carriage" on the invoice I was sure it was the fee to deliver it at my building site! No, that s another £15+vat. Although I spent over £600 they won't do the deliver for free as a commercial gesture (company policy).

Piece of advice: AVOID AT ALL CO

In very stark contrast to the first review, I have recently had an exceptionally poor experience with European Heritage, Dawes Road, Fulham.

On further reflection the first review actually sounds like some blatant self promotion. You be the judge...

Their advice is not to be trusted and their working knowledge of the products they sell is zero.

Having had a problem with some products I bought from European Heritage I asked for advice/solution and was hung up on.

Avoid this business at all costs, all their products & especially tiles can be found much cheaper elsewhere.

As a project management building company, we have used European Heritage on a number of occasions. Each time they have been most helpful and provided us with expert advice on both design and practicality. Holding a good range of tiles, we are always able to find what we need whether it be a porcelain brick tile or a rustic stone. The ability to deliver is always helpful and the overall price would suit most budgets. They are able to send out samples but I feel a visit to their showroom is the best option as the displays give a true idea of what the finished product will look like on a large scale.
