On Tuesday, 7 July the stars of the much-anticipated sixth instalment of the Harry Potter global sensation will enchant London’s Leicester Square for the World Premiere of HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE.

In the sixth instalment of the world’s most beloved magical franchise, Voldemort is tightening his grip on both the Muggle and wizarding worlds and Hogwarts is no longer the safe haven it once was. Harry suspects that dangers may even lie within the castle, but Dumbledore is more intent upon preparing him for the final battle he knows is fast approaching. Together they work to find the key to unlock Voldemort’s defences and, to this end, Dumbledore recruits his old friend and colleague, the well-connected and unsuspecting bon vivant Professor Horace Slughorn, whom he believes holds crucial information.

Meanwhile, the students are under attack from a very different adversary as teenage hormones rage across the ramparts. Harry finds himself more and more drawn to Ginny, but so is Dean Thomas. And Lavender Brown has decided that Ron is the one for her, only she hadn't counted on Romilda Vane’s chocolates! And then there’s Hermione, simmering with jealousy but determined not to show her feelings. As romance blossoms, one student remains aloof. He is determined to make his mark, albeit a dark one. Love is in the air, but tragedy lies ahead and Hogwarts may never be the same again.

HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE reunites director David Yates (2007 summer blockbuster Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix) and producers David Heyman and David Barron. Once again heading the cast, Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson are joined by a returning all-star cast and Potter new-comers, Academy Award winner Jim Broadbent and Helen McCrory.

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be released on Wednesday July 15, 2009, by Warner Bros. Pictures, a Warner Bros. Entertainment Company.

YOU ARE A LEGEND THANKYOU :O

Okay, me and a friend realllyyyyyy badly want to go, but the earliest time to go to Leicester Square for is 7.00am - 7.30am.

Is it still worth going? Or would too many people be there by then?

If we arrived at 7.00am do you think that we can get autographs?

And alsoooo, when do you think the first celebrity will roughly go in, timewise, and the last celebrity?

I would appreciate it SO much if you could write back.

Many regards!

I think 7am is plenty early enough. There will be others there but I'd imagine you'd still be at the front.

I'm sure 7am is early enough. The Dark Knight is the earliest premiere I've been to and I got the at 6am and there were about 15 people waiting. It's hard to say about getting autographs because although I got to The Dark Knight one at 6am I only got 1 or 2 autographs. But I'm sure you'd get some as there's a big list of cast members attending.

You are stars thankyou!

My only concern is that it's the world premiere... as long as I can get to the front of the barriers though? Do you think that that is possible?

I'm sorry to keep asking things! ha
