Informations needed to start a sushi take away business

Hi,
i own a sushi bar here in Italy,
and i'm looking for informations to open a sushi take away in london;
I would like to know:
the regulations,
how to get the licence,
what about the licence to sell alcoholic drinks,
the requirements of the commercial propriety (the minimum size etc.),
The real time needed to get the license,
and all other things i need to know.
