Hey Krunchie,

We've spoken to the company that issues the vouchers a few minutes ago and they'll cancel the first set of vouchers - that seem to have gone wayward in the post - and will issue you some new ones.

Shame they didn't reach you for Christmas but they should be with you in the next few days.

Hopefully another case solved for AIL :)
