For me it's not so much to do with his appearance. But mainly Johnny himself if you know what i mean? his personality, unconditional love for his kids, love how he talks about his family and Vanessa, he loves his admirers/fans, the way he talks, fame hasn't gone to his head, amazingly talented he's ridiculously talented! and he has a big heart etc. I'll stop rambling now
