Johnny Depp to play Doctor Who in the film version?! WHY?!?!
Ok, I love JD and I think he'd make an excellent Dr Who, and I can see why they would want him to play the Dr., but it's an English drama! I think it would upset a lot of fans if an American played the famous typically English Doctor!
He's also rumoured to play Ozzy Osbourne in a movie about the Prince of Darkness himself. Again, why?! Even Ozzy said he'd prefer a Brummie actor to play him. Hear hear!

I have seen it on the news, in an interview with Ozzy Osbourne, Ozzy said this about Johnny Depp playing himself. "I've met Johnny Depp a couple of times, he's a realy nice guy. But I don't want him to play me."
Me thinks that the whole Johnny being Ozzy thing, just a rumour. As for Dr Who, of course Johnny could pull it off, but where did you hear that?
