i went to the premiere and it was a total disappointment..Julia roberts showed up late and she only signed for few people.then she had the interview and she went straight to the cinema.many of the people there felt disappointed.I saw julia roberts at another premiere and i thought she was a bit cold and maybe this time she would be nicer but boy i was wrong.angelina jolie signed more autographs than her lol.
the same story was and with the rest of the cast.THe director the producer and the writer of the book signed few autos only.the only ecxeption was richard jeckings he signed a lot and he signed after when he left the cinema to go to his car.OF course i didnt manage to get not one single autograph but i guess thats the downside of these events.
i felt sorry for all the people who went there and waited for hours to meet mrs roberts..at least the weather was nice :)

I wish I could see the appeal of autographs, if there is one thing my home needs it is more clutter

Whilst I don't think I'd start chasing autographs I can see how people get hooked on building a collection.

I've never managed to get a celebrity autograph, it takes a lot of courage to ask.

personally i dont care about the autos.i just wanna talk to these ACTORS when i go to these events, there are people over there who are fans and people who are dealers and people who go to see the event only.is just the only way to talk to them is when the come next to you and they sign you other than that you would felt like an idiot if you shouted from the distance JULIA YOU ARE HOT lol.
thats why some people felt disappointed becouse they couldnt talk to these people who waited for them for many hours.but is just the whole game of fame and celebrity works

I've been to several movie premieres in the past and I stopped going there. One thing is the insecurity, you'll never know if the stars show up or if you can catch a glimpse of them standing somewhere buried in the crowd. I don't even think of getting an autograph, you have to be in the first row right at the rails to have a slight chance of being noticed by the celebrities.

The last premiere I went to was Alice in Wonderland and it was a complete disaster. I don't necessarily go to get autographs but I might as well get one while I'm there right? I feel more awkward going and not getting one because they go to sign for you and having nothing on you makes you seem uninterested in a way.
