In Work Support from Mind.

In Work Support is a FREE, confidential service where an Employment Retention Worker at Mind will accept referrals to offer practical support to people with mental health problems in the work place, such as stress, anxiety and depression.

We can also support those people who have recently returned to work after an absence and may be finding it hard to cope due to their previous or current mental health condition.

We can:

* Offer you support and be there to listen to your current difficulties
* Discuss reasonable changes to your working pattern
* Meet with your employer to help bring about positive change
* Support you to deal with adjustments to your hours or tasks
* Plan and organise a safe and gradual return to work with you
* Inform you of therapeutic support services or legal advice services
* Work with you and your employer to enable positive outcomes

Great idea, particularly given the rise in mental health issues in society these days. Often issues go unnoticed/reported until they are major concerns, so it's good to have support like that you seem to offer to nip it in the bud much earlier on and support people at work to keep them there (which is the best thing for most people's mental health).
