Traveling from Canada to London

I am planning on traveling to London this summer. I'm not sure whether I'll be coming in June or July. Most likely July. I don't have much cash, and am looking for a cheap place to stay or even someone to stay with! If anyone knows of some cheap stay ins please let me know.
