Hi I'm Chantal and I'm from South Africa. I'm visiting London in December and I would just like some peoples opinions on what London is like that time of the year. I need advise on Hotels and so on and approx. the amount of cash I would need for spending money and so...Thanks Guys...

It'll be cold, and probably wet.
Hotels vary hugely depending on where you'd like to stay, ranging from £50 per night up to £5000 per night!
Spending money again depends on where you're staying and what you want to do.
If you give us more info about your trip we might be able to be more specific.
