Best way to get home after a night out?

Hi Everyone
I am coming over to London in Sept for a hen party and we are going to a club in Picadilly Circus which closes at 3am. We are staying in Tower Bridge and I was wondering what is the best and easiest way for 20 girls to get home? Can you hail taxis in central London on a Saturday night?Is a bus the best idea and are they frequent? Or should we prebook something? Anyone any suggestions of someone reliable?

Pre-book a few multi-seater cabs - I always use Addisson Lee after a night in town as a) they always turn up, b) they text you to tell you they are there (with car type and reg) and c) are not massively more expensive given how good the service is.
