Yep. He's about to become an international mega star. Seems like a decent chap though so good luck to him.


Have you seen his hair recently though - try-hard blonde highlights and sidies (not good!!). Has taken him down a couple of notches on my heroes ladder I'm afraid :( Still can't wait for the film though!



Wasn't paying too much attention to his hair, in any case I haven't got enough of his past haircuts in my memory to compare it with ;)


He's a decent chap, stop picking faults you lot.


I didn't say he wasn't a decent chap - but the hair cut is indicative of his worrying more about his looks, which is a bit of a shame... that's all I'm saying - friendly advice to Martin when he reads this.. leave it au natural!! :soapbox:

I saw that, I thought he looked like a cross between a hobbit and Paul Weller.

Which, incidentally, is precisely the look I'm going for. :whistle:

Sorry if someone has already said this, but Peter Jackson has put video blogs on his facebook page about the filming process of The Hobbit. Quite interesting.

They were casting for Bilbo Baggins and the breakdown fitted my fiance perfectly. Looks/sounds/acts nothing like Martin though... :bangin:
